At Beauty Core, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within South Africa.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or outlying areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders as advertised on our website.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Beauty Core is not responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your courier tracking information where available.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable,

  • the address supplied is incorrect, or

  • delivery cannot reasonably be completed,

the courier may attempt a second delivery or return the parcel to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Civil unrest

  • Strikes

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier operational delays

Beauty Core cannot be held liable for delays caused by these events.

10. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional courier charges may apply.

11. Collection

Beauty Core currently operates as an online store only. Customer collections are available by prior arrangement only, subject to confirmation.
